## Billing Philosophy & Regulatory Compliance
At Florea & Partners, we uphold strict financial clarity. Before entering any legal engagement, clients receive a transparent fee proposal and a formal Legal Assistance Contract (*Contract de Asistență Juridică*) detailing the scope of work and payment terms.

## Fee Models
1. **Initial Legal Consultation:** Focused assessment of documentation, procedural feasibility, and legal roadmap. If retained for the underlying matter, the consultation fee is deducted from the overall fee.
2. **Fixed (Flat) Fees:** Applied to clearly bounded procedures such as company incorporation, standard Trade Register modifications, pre-contract drafting, or special eviction filings.
3. **Hourly Rates:** Applied to complex litigation, prolonged commercial contract negotiations, M&A due diligence audits, and custom advisory.
4. **Monthly Retainer Packages:** Cost-effective ongoing counsel for Romanian companies and international enterprises needing regular support with contracts, labor issues, and debt recovery.
5. **Success (Contingency) Fees:** Complementary fee arrangements in select commercial and property recovery claims, due exclusively upon securing a predetermined favorable outcome.

## Third-Party Expenses Notice
Attorney fees strictly remunerate legal counsel and representation. External court expenses—including judicial stamp duties (*taxe judiciare de timbru*), Land Registry fees (OCPI), notary fees, and court-expert expenses—are calculated distinctly and disclosed prior to incurring costs.
