Recent Experience

In a residential area in Iași, neighbors woke up to find a construction site for an apartment building "between houses," authorized by the city hall. We checked the documentation, challenged the permit in court, and got it canceled, finding among the hundreds of documents what exactly would lead to the permit being canceled, even though the apartment building had already been built.

The lesson is practical: for such projects, the land registry is not enough—you also need to check the urban planning regime, permits, and the risk of litigation, otherwise the investment can be blocked for years.
