Key Services

• Employment contracts and current HR documents: CIM, addenda, job descriptions, confidentiality/non-competition clauses, mobility, teleworking.
• Internal regulations and mandatory policies: time tracking, schedule, discipline, evaluation, internal procedures; updates and alignment with ITM practice.
• HR compliance audit: verification of personnel files, records, and common documents to reduce the risk of sanctions.
• Disciplinary procedures and terminations: disciplinary investigation, sanctions, dismissal for personal/disciplinary reasons, termination by mutual agreement, resignation; strategy and drafting of decisions.
• Reorganizations and dismissals: job elimination, reorganization, employee transfer (including in the context of assignment/transfer of activity), collective dismissals.
• Assistance with ITM and labor disputes: preparation of responses, documentation, representation before ITM and in court (appeals against dismissal decisions, salary rights, harassment, etc.).

Recent Experience

I assisted local employers in Iași with staff reorganizations and contract terminations, from preparing documentation (decisions, explanatory notes, procedures) to ensuring proper communication and reducing the risk of appeals.

I have represented employees in labor disputes concerning unlawful dismissals and wage rights (wage differences, overtime, allowances), both in court and in negotiations, obtaining favorable solutions or effective agreements.
