Recent Experience

I represented a parent in a family case involving extremely serious allegations made by a minor, allegations that led to a protection order, a criminal case, and civil actions in Romania and abroad. Faced with almost irrefutable and indisputable evidence, I sought the truth and found it. I won the initial cases, obtained the dismissal of the criminal case, and filed motions in court that have not yet been ruled on by the Romanian courts.

In the same context, we initiated and supported proceedings under the Hague Convention for the return of the minor in an intense cross-border dispute, with specific results achieved to date, the proceedings still being ongoing.
