• Company changes: change of registered office, change of administrator, transfer of shares, capital increase/reduction, place of business, document updates.
• Internal decisions and documents: AGM, sole shareholder decisions, powers of attorney, mandate/management contracts, etc.
• Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
